The next ONTA Meeting will be in Chile La Serena, October 20 - 25, 2013
The Organizing Committee of the ONTA Meeting 2013 and our sponsors welcome you to Chile, to the XLV Congress of the Organization of Nematologists of Tropical America, to be held between 20th and 25th of October 2013.
This is the most important activity of our organization and this year it will be performed in one of the most important agricultural Regions of Chile, Coquimbo, in the city of La Serena, a place where the agriculture shows a wide variety of crops, like grapevines, citrus, avocados, potatoes, pomegranates and many vegetable crops.
This is also an important tourist region, with one of the cleanest skies in the world, an incredible combination of hills and valleys, a diverse gastronomy and of course some of the best wines. We are sure you will enjoy this meeting, which will be focused in different topics like taxonomy, management of plant-parasitic nematodes, biodiversity and ecology, interactions with other microorganisms and biological control among others.
We hope to see all of the members and friends of ONTA in our meeting.
Thanks for coming!!
